
On November 27, the School held a Teaching Seminar of the Sino-German Double Degree Master of Engineering Management (MEM) Program in collaboration with the School of Global Production Engineering, Technische Universität Berlin. The seminar was hosted by Dr. Bastian Schumacher of Technische Universität Berlin. The attendees included Prof. Holger Kohl, Director of School of Global Production Engineering, Prof. Günther Seliger, Founder of GPE, Prof. MA Tieju, Dean of ECUST School of Business, Associate Professor Yang Hongtao, Academic Director of MEM Program, and Dong Haiyi, Director of MEM Program.
Dr. Bastian briefly summarized the development of the Sino-German Double Degree MEM Program in the past two years, and made a detailed report on the course assessment method, course evaluation, teaching plan, etc.
Dean Ma Tieju said that with the cooperation of the two universities, the Sino-German Double Degree MEM program not only carried out teaching smoothly, but also gradually expanded its influence. ECUST and Technische Universität Berlin will explore how to continuously improve the quality of teaching and cultivate talents for the global manufacturing industry.
