Recently, the 2nd meeting of the 2nd Shanghai MBA (Master of Business Administration) Education Steering Committee and the Annual Outstanding Commendation Meeting was held in the Science Park of East China Normal University.

Dr. SHU Jinlong, Director of Shanghai Academic Degrees Committee Office, Dr. ZHANG Wen, Executive Vice Dean of Graduate School of East China Normal University, Dr. CHEN Jia, Director of Professional Degree Education Office, Dr. LI Xuechang, First Secretary-General of Shanghai MBA Education Steering Committee, Dr. SHAO Zhiqing, Director of Shanghai MBA Education Steering Committee and more than 40 representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Dr. XU Xin, Secretary-General of the Shanghai MBA Education Steering Committee.

At the invitation of the Shanghai MBA Education Steering, ECUST School of Business convened and established the Action Learning Committee. As the convener, Dr. CHEN Wansi introduced the establishment and work plan of the Action Learning Committee to the experts.

Under the guidance of the Shanghai MBA Education Steering Committee , the Action Learning Committee will use the experiences and achievements of the “Action Learning” and “Five-in-One Innovative Management Education Model” of ECUST to closely integrate “management theory and team practice”, promote School-Enterprise Cooperation, Integration of Production and Education, and cultivate management talents.

Dr. SHAO Zhiqing, Chairman of the Shanghai MBA Education Steering Committee, announced the winners of the 3rd Shanghai MBA Case Teaching Competition and the 2019 Shanghai MBA Excellent Dissertation. Dr. CHEN Wansi, Professor of ECUST won the first prize of the 3rd Shanghai MBA Case Teaching Competition. MBA students SHI Ruifang, ZHANG Jimin, ZHOU Ye won the 2019 Shanghai MBA Outstanding Dissertation Award.
