In order to improve the quality of academic postgraduate training, further enhance the academic level of the thesis and graduation thesis to be published, and enhance the depth and breadth of foreign academic exchanges and cooperation, the Department of Accounting, the Department of Business Administration and the Institute of Corporate Finance jointly organized ECUST "Accounting and Finance Graduate Academic Forum", the ist forum was held on June 18, 2021 through the Tencent meeting.

Dr. CANG Yongtao, Deputy Dean of the School of Economics and Finance of Shanghai International Studies University, and Dr. WANG Cunfeng, Director of the Accounting Department of the Accounting School of Tianjin University of Commerce, were invited to participate in the forum.

The doctoral candidate YOU Na and the master student CHEN Qingyang of the School reported in detail their working papers. Dr. CANG Yongtao and Dr. WANG Cunfeng commented on the two papers from the perspectives of thesis topic selection, theoretical deduction, and research methods, and put forward relevant suggestions for revision.

Finally, Dr. CANG Yongtao and Dr. WANG Cunfeng shared their research experience based on their own research results.
