On the afternoon of June 29, 2021, at the invitation of the Institute of Data Science and Business Intelligence, Dr. LV Zhihan, Professor of the School of Data Science and Software Engineering of Qingdao University, delivered an academic report entitled “The Past and Present of Digital Twins” to the professors and students in room 318 of the new building of ECUST School of Business. Teacher Li Jia from the Institute of Data Science and Business Intelligence presided over the lecture, and more than 20 teachers and students in the school listened to the report. Dr. LI Jia, Professor of the Institute of Data Science and Business Intelligence hosted the lecture.

In this report, Dr. LV Zhihan explained the origin, development and application status of digital twins. Professors and students of the School discussed with Dr. LV Zhihan on the research, as well as the cost control of digital twins and the application prospects in the field of management.
