On May 27, ECUST School of Business and Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank held a school-enterprise cooperation exchange meeting of "Visiting Enterprises and increasing jobs". Mr. GUO Rufei, General Manager of Human Resources Department and Director of Organization Department of SRCB Head Office, Dr. SHEN Haitao, Deputy Secretary of ECUST Council, Dr. MA Tieju, Dean of the School, and Dr. ZHENG Dong, Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Department and Director of the Student Employment Guidance Center, attended the meeting.

At the exchange meeting, the School alumnus GUO Rufei expressed his hope to further build a school-enterprise cooperation platform and strengthen exchanges and interactions. Ms. HUANG Ying, Deputy General Manager of Human Resources Department and Deputy Director of Organization Department of SRCB Head Office, introduced the talent demand and future training model from the aspects of recruitment positions, talent development, salary and benefits, etc. She said that SRCB looked forward to the participation of a large number of outstanding talents, and welcomed ECUST students to choose SRCB. Dr. MA Tieju introduced the School from five aspects: college development, faculty, academic research, talent training, and career development. He pointed out that SRCB and the School have always maintained a good school-enterprise linkage, and hoped to further Strengthen exchanges and cooperation with SRCB to jointly help graduates find high-quality job.

Dr. SHEN Haitao expressed the hope that through school-enterprise exchanges, to further understand the talent development strategy and recruitment needs of enterprises, establish long-term information sharing channels, and ensure the high-quality employment of graduates.

In January 2021, Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank and ECUST School of Business jointly established Production, Study and Research Practice Base for undergraduate.
