On June 10, the 6th East China University of Science and Technology-University of San Francisco International Conference was held online. The conference was hosted by ECUST School of Business, and co-organized by China Business Studies Initiative, University of San Francisco, Nottingham University Business School Ningbo China (NUBS China). More than 300 people from more than 20 countries attended the conference. Dr. Ma Tieju, Dean of ECUST School of Business, Dr. Charles Moses, Dean of the School of Management of the University of San Francisco, and Dr. Yang Xiaohua, professor of the University of San Francisco delivered speeches respectively. Dr. Yan Haifeng, Vice President of ECUST attended the meeting.

Dr. Farok J. Contractor, President of the Academy of International Business, Distinguished Professor of the Management and Global Business department at Rutgers Business School was invited to give a keynote speech.

At the Dean's Forum, Dr. Ma Tieju, Dean of the School, Dr. Charles Moses, Dean of the School of Management, University of San Francisco, Dr. Martin Lockett, Dean of the Business School of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, Dr. Zhan Li, Dean of the Business School of Fairfield University, Dr. Dayle Smith, Dean of the Business School of Loyola Marymount University, had an intensive exchange on how to recruit and attract talents, and had a lively discussion on the development and future trends of global business schools.

Besides the Dean's Forum, the conference also included Business Managers and Policy Makers forum, Chinese Scholars Forum, Journal Editor-in-Chief Forum and Doctoral Forum.
