On November 11 and 15, the 2022 special autumn online job fairs of ECUST School of Business for the finance industry as well as the consulting and Internet industries were held as scheduled, and the online job fairs were carried out based on the system platform of Zhaopin.com. Sixty-four enterprises in total participated in these two job fairs, 206 positions in total were posted, and 5,295 persons were recruited. A total of 277 students participated in the mutual selection, and 234 students participated in the delivery of 1,244 resumes.

Thirty-three enterprises in total participated in the special job fair for the finance industry, 115 positions in total were posted, and 3,709 persons were recruited. A total of 157 students participated in the mutual selection, and 133 students participated in the delivery of 929 resumes.

Thirty-one enterprises in total participated in the special job fair for the consulting & Internet industries, 91 positions in total were posted, and 1,586 persons were recruited. A total of 120 students participated in the mutual selection, and 101 students participated in the delivery of 315 resumes.

During the online job fair, the students could deliver resumes and interview applications to the enterprises through the online platform, and the enterprises could also initiate text communication and conduct video interviews with students who delivered the resumes, increasing the interview training opportunities and expanding the resume delivery channels for students.

In terms of enterprise scale, most of the enterprises have 1,000-9,999 employees, accounting for 45.45% of all participating enterprises. Enterprises with 500-999 employees accounted for 15.15%. Those with more than 10,000 employees accounted for 12.12%. These three types of enterprises accounted for 72.73% of the total.

From the analysis of the enterprise property, the listed companies, private enterprises and state-owned enterprises were the most popular with the students. These three types of enterprises accounted for 54.55% of the total.

On November 11, the top five enterprises with the highest delivery popularity in the special job fair for the financial industry were the Northeast Securities, Bank of Ningbo Shanghai Branch, Shengang Securities, Eastmoney and Hengli Futures.

In the job fair on November 15, from the delivery popularity, the top five most popular enterprises were Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants LLP, C&D (Shanghai), China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd., Baker Tilly China Certified Public Accountants and Adfaith.

This online job fair was a positive attempt to guarantee students' employment under the pandemic. In the future, the School of Business will continue to optimize the process, build a more efficient talent docking platform for students and enterprises, and steadily promote the employment for students.
