Prof. LOU Gaoxiang, Vice Dean of the School of Business, conducted training targeted at graduate supervisors’ work. He combined it with an analysis of the current status of graduate education and interpreted requirements from policies such as "Action Plan for High-quality Development of Graduate Education in East China University of Science and Technology" and "Guidelines for Graduate Supervisors’ Behavior." He emphasized the significant role of moral education in nurturing high-quality graduate students. Graduate supervisors should set good examples by fulfilling their responsibilities, strictly control thesis quality, paying more attention to students’ well-being, and serving as mentors for students' successful development.
