On December 7, 2023, Ms. Caroline DUVEL, Director of International Admissions of ESDES Business School, France, visited the ECUST School of Business. Dr. YE Sheng, Executive Director of International Exchange Programmes, and Ms. PAN Xuejing, Deputy Director of the International Office, warmly received the guest. Both sides had an in-depth discussion on the international exchange programmes for undergraduates and postgraduates.

Ms. Caroline DUVEL introduced the background and characteristics of ESDES Business School, a leading business school located in Lyon, France, affiliated with the Catholic University of Lyon. ESDES Management School had excelled in the fields of international business administration, digital marketing and supply chain management, and emphasized on the cultivation of students’ practical application ability, attracting many international students with its innovative education concepts and programmes. Ms. Caroline DUVEL suggested that the two sides had already achieved remarkable results in the “1+1” master’s degree programme and looked forward to deepening the cooperation through this meeting.

Subsequently, both sides had a profound discussion on the further expansion of the cooperation programmes, with special focus on diversified international exchange programmes such as undergraduate dual degree, graduate dual degree, undergraduate-master degree and student study tours. Through these cooperative programmes, not only could we improve the academic connection and resource sharing between the two schools, but also open up a broader international perspective for students to promote their diversified development in academic exploration and career planning.
