Energy resources play a crucial role in combating climate change and meeting human needs. The transformation of energy systems not only creates the dilemma of unequal distribution among different sectors and consumer groups, but is itself affected by climate change, new energy technologies and government intervention. By assessing the equity issues in the energy transition process, Prof. QIU Yueming aims to help policymakers formulate energy policies that improve social welfare while avoiding inequities.
