On 19th April 2024, Ms Salma Senaran, Director of Admissions and International Office and member of the President's Cabinet, and Mr Anas Bassam, Marketing and Admissions Specialist of Ajman City University, UAE, and their delegation came to our School of Business for an exchange visit, which was aimed at deepening the understanding between the two schools and exploring the possibilities of future cooperation. Dr. PENG Zeyu, Director of the International Office, Mr. ZHOU Haibo, Director of the Office of Admission and Academic Affairs of the College of International Education, Dr. YE Sheng, Executive Director of the International Exchange Programs, and Ms. PAN Xuejing, Deputy director of the International Office attended this meeting.

During the meeting, both sides had extensive discussions on their respective educational characteristics, international cooperation projects and student exchange programs. Ms. Salma Senaran firstly introduced the characteristics of City University of Ajman and expressed that their trip aimed at exploring potential cooperation with our School, including but not limited to academic exchanges and mutual visits of faculty and students.

Afterwards, Dr. PENG Zeyu expressed his warm welcome to the delegation of City University of Ajiman and introduced the overall situation and internationalisation strategy of the School, and Mr. ZHOU Haibo made a presentation on the international enrolment of the University as well as the international education programs.

     The visit enhanced the friendship between the two sides and laid a solid foundation for cooperation in academic research, faculty and student exchanges. Both sides expressed their expectation for various and deeper exchanges and cooperation in the future.
