The "3060" goals are not a temporary measure, but a profound consideration based on China's responsibility to the global community and the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Therefore, regardless of changes in the international landscape, China will continue to advance economic development and environmental governance in accordance with its established goals, timelines, and roadmaps, and strive to build a better global community.
