The Career Management Center of the ECUST School of Business, founded in October 2016, provides students with career guidance and business insights, to get them ready for meaningful and fulfilling careers. Over the years, the Center has built partnerships with more than 600 employers, offering them many opportunities for internships and full-time employment.

Career Development Courses

The courses include topics about career aspiration and motivation, introduction to industries, resume writing, interview preparation, business etiquette, cv, salary negotiation, etc.

The courses often start on fall terms for undergraduates and on spring terms for graduates.

Lectures

Themed lectures giving you insights on industries, such as finance, consulting, real estate, consumer goods, and industrial products.

It may be in the form of lectures, workshops, company visits, case studies, and training sessions.

Job Fairs & Company Presentation

The job fairs and company presentation give you an opportunity to directly communicate with employers.

Resume Book

The center sends resume books to companies to increase your exposure in front of employers.
