    QIAN Shichao has been a member of the CPPCC Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipality since 2008. He has put forward many suggestions for policy making of the government. For example, he suggested accelerating structural reforms on the supply side and upgrade the level of the real economy in 2017, and he also suggested that Shanghai should be open to the outside world around Shanghai service and manufacturing in 2018.
