Program Profile

The Executive Development Program (EDP) is a non-degree short-term training program established to meet the knowledge renewal needs of corporate executives. Its mission is to bring the latest research achievements from both Chinese and international management academia to serve enterprises.

Building upon the Business School's strong faculty resources, the EDP integrates teaching expertise from partner institutions, along with social resources including senior management consultants, renowned entrepreneurs, and government officials. By combining advanced Western management concepts with Chinese management practices, the center provides executives with forward-thinking knowledge adhering to international standards and urgently needed practical management skills tailored to their learning needs and corporate development objectives. The ultimate goal is to cultivate first-class senior management talents for Chinese enterprises.
