Master in International Management (MIEX) (open to Chinese and international students)
Program Profile
The Master in International Management Program (also known as the MIEX program) is an exchange program with triple degrees jointly established in 2007 by six prestigious universities worldwide: East China University of Science and Technology (China), ICN Business School (France), University of Bologna (Italy), ICN Business School (Berlin Campus, France), Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), and Universidad La Salle (Mexico).
Two Tracks on Offer
1. MIEX Fast Track: A one - year full - time program, providing an intensive learning experience for those who want to complete the program quickly. Students will study at ICN Business School in the first semester and the University of Bologna in the second semester.
2. MIEX MSC: A two - year full - time program. In the first year, students study at ICN Business School in the first semester and the University of Bologna in the second semester. In the second year, students can choose from one of the following partner universities: ICN Business School (Berlin Campus), Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Universidad La Salle, or East China University of Science and Technology (only available for international students).
Degree Received
Upon successful completion of the first - year study according to the training plan, students can obtain a one - year master's degree in international management from the University of Bologna. After completing the second - year study, students can receive up to three master's degrees:
1. A two - year master's degree in international management from ICN Business School.
2. A one - year master's degree in international management from the University of Bologna.
3. A master's degree from the university chosen in the second year.
Curriculum
Theoretical Courses: Cover a wide range of international management topics, including International Banking, International Human Resource Management, International Marketing & Brand Management, International Commercial Law, Negotiation Skills & Information Analysis, etc.
Practical Courses: In the later stage of the first year, students need to complete a team internship of up to three months (usually from April to June). The internship is carried out in groups for designated projects in partner companies of ICN Business School or the University of Bologna. The international composition of the internship teams helps companies expand their international business.
Tuition Fees
MIEX FAST TRACK: 9000 euros.
MIEX MSC: 9000 euros in the first year and 4000 euros in the second year. Note that there may be additional fees at Universidad La Salle and ICN Business School (Berlin Campus).
Admission Requirements
1) Current senior undergraduate student (final year), or hold a full-time Bachelor's degree or higher
2) IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 or above
