Dr. Shuming Zhao is a senior professor of humanities and social sciences at Nanjing University, honorary dean of the Business School of Nanjing University, dean of Xingzhi College of Nanjing University, doctoral supervisor, academic leader of the State Key Discipline of Enterprise Management at Nanjing University, and vice chairman of the Steering Committee for Education of Business Administration Disciplines of the Ministry of Education, the third chairman of the International Society of Management Studies in China, vice chairman of the China Society for Management Modernization, invited vice chairman of the Human Resource Development Research Society, and lifetime honorary chairman of the Human Resource Society of Jiangsu Province. He is also the third chairman of China Management Research International Society, vice chairman of China Management Modernization Research Society, invited vice chairman of China Human Resource Development Research Society, and honorary chairman of Jiangsu Human Resource Society for life.
