Guest Bio:
Professor Guan received his Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Texas in 2003. His research focuses on spatiotemporal big data analysis, longitudinal data analysis, and recurrent event analysis. He is a world-class expert in high-resolution spatiotemporal data analysis and has extensive experience in interdisciplinary collaboration. His numerous research findings have been published in top international statistics and machine learning journals and conferences. His work has been widely and highly recognized by peers, receiving awards such as the National Science Foundation Career Award, the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Department of Statistics at the University of Texas, and the Annual Researcher Award from the Herbert Business School of the University of Miami. Professor Guan has recently focused on the development and application of large language models and is currently the Principal Investigator of the major national science and technology project "Key Technologies and Application Demonstration for Intelligent Collaborative Supervision of the Entire Administrative Law Enforcement Process".
Synopsis:
This report focuses on the core proposition of realizing the value of ecological products and the path of digital and intelligent transformation. It reviews the theoretical framework of value accounting, the development trajectory both domestically and internationally, and practical bottlenecks, providing a reference for market-oriented transformation and sustainable management. The report first introduces the conceptual system, explaining the connotations and interrelationships of core concepts, clarifying the GEP accounting system, processes, and methods, and analyzing the current difficulties in value realization. It then focuses on the construction of digital intelligence platforms, discussing how to leverage big data, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence technologies to address issues such as scattered data and inefficient accounting, and to build a closed-loop platform for "real-time monitoring-dynamic accounting-policy transformation-application feedback" throughout the entire process. Finally, using Anhui Province as a case study, it analyzes the application effects of the digital intelligence platform and provides actionable and replicable practical solutions.
