East China University of Science and Technology and University of Canberra signed the joint education agreement in July 1999 to jointly run Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. University of Canberra is a renowned university situated in the capital of Australia and is directly under the supervision of Commonwealth of Australia. It ranks the top 100 of young universities around the world and receives five-star recognition from the country. There are currently more than fourteen thousand full time students in UC. 

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program jointly taught by both universities has been approved by the China Ministry of Education and enjoys a great success in Shanghai. Evidence of this is provided by the qualified audit result by the China Ministry of Education in 2013. Graduates will be awarded MBA degrees from University of Canberra. The award is recognized by US, Europe, Australia and international organizations. It has the same qualification as the one awarded in Canberra. 

The program aims to offer a challenging education compliant with the demanding international standards, combining thorough knowledge of theories and methods. Through systematic study, you will have a comprehensive grasp of modern management theory and decision-making methods, in-depth understanding of the business operating models at home and abroad and capability of strategizing and scientific decision-making.
